Tabung Haji (TH) today organised the TH’s Tilawah Al-Quran dan Haflah Takrim Tahsin Qiraah 2016 at TH Main Hall, TH Head Office, Kuala Lumpur.

This annual event is organized to select the best Qari and Qariah among TH staff to represent TH in the “Majlis Tilawah Al-Quran Syarikat–syarikat Korporat Malaysia Peringkat Kebangsaan”. 

The champions receive cash prize of RM2,500 with certificate and the first runner-up receive RM1,500 with certificate. The third place and consolations receive cash prize of RM750 and RM300 with certificates, respectively.

Lembaga Tabung Haji (TH) organised the English Teacher’s Training Programme for its PINTAR schools’ English teachers in Sabak Bernam recently.

The one-day English training programme aimed at providing the teachers with fresh, new and useful techniques and approaches in teaching English as a second language effectively in the classroom. At the same time, the programme conducted through a selection of simple and doable creativity and interactive activities aims to enhance teacher’s pedagogic and teaching skills as well as to boost their confidence in teaching English to students.

Lembaga Tabung Haji (TH) the premier and iconic Islamic institution successfully organised its inaugural motivational camp “Kem Muslim Super” for its PINTAR schools students on 3rd to 5th April 2015 at Lembah Azwen Resort, Hulu Langat.

A total of 140 upper secondary students from THtwo’s PINTAR secondary schools; Sekolah Agama Menengah Sungai Haji Dorani and Sekolah Agama Menengah Bagan Terap in Sabak Bernam district participated in this programme.

KUALA LUMPUR, 7 February 2023 - The Blood Donation Campaign at Tabung Haji (TH) Headquarters for the year 2023 in collaboration with the National Blood Centre, Ministry of Health Malaysia (KKM) was held today at Menara TH Tun Razak.

This campaign is TH's annual event in helping and increasing the current blood supply needs at the National Blood Center. This campaign received a favorable response from TH staff members, tenants and depositors.

TH organized the Anti-Corruption Pledge Ceremony for TH Central Zone Branches which was attended by YBhg. Dato' Badlisyah Abd Ghani, TH Deputy Chief Executive Officer, accompanied by YBhg Dato' Mohamad Yusoff Akope, TH Chief Integrity Officer, YBhg Datuk Haji Tahar Pilus, TH General Manager of Branch Office Operations, TH State Directors, Deputy TH State Directors as well as staff from TH Central Zone branches.

The pledge session was led by Tuan Haji Mohd Sawal Abong, TH Selangor’s State Director.

Tabung Haji (TH) participates in a corporate exhibition in conjunction with the UMNO Assembly 2016 held from 29th November to 3rd December at the Putra World Trade Centre (PWTC).

TH Counter provides various services to the delegates and visitors, amongst others are opening of TH account, Hajj registration, nomination and checking of hajj registration status. 

TH Komuniti Mobile Services is also located at a parking next to Merdeka Hall.

There are 26 corporate booths manned by various government and private agencies located in the foyer.

The Lembaga Tabung Haji (TH) today paid zakat of RM1,671,204.03 for the financial year ending 2018 to the Sarawak Baitulmal Fund at a brief ceremony at the Official House of Sarawak Chief Minister, Demak Jaya, Jalan Bako, Kuching, Sarawak.

YBhg. Tan Sri Md Nor Yusof, TH Chairman presented the payment of zakat to His Excellency, Tun Pehin Sri Haji Abdul Taib Mahmood, Yang Dipertua Negeri Sarawak.

The payment of TH's zakat for Sarawak stood at an increase of 27.1% compared to 2017.

Lembaga Tabung Haji (TH) paid zakat amounting to more than RM1.8 million to Negeri Sembilan State’s Religious Council (PZNS) during a ceremony at Istana Seri Menanti, Negeri Sembilan.

The zakat payment for Negeri Sembilan increased by 6.5 percent compared to 2013.

Tabung Haji (TH) today pays zakat amounting to RM 3,446,420.49 for the financial year ending 2018 to Zakat Pulau Pinang in a brief ceremony at the Official House of Penang Chief Minister, Seri Mutiara, Main Street, Pulau Pinang.

YBhg. Dato' Sri Syed Saleh Syed Abdul Rahman, Senior General Manager, TH Hajj Department has handed over zakat payment to Tuan Yang Terutama, Tun Dato' Seri Utama (Dr) Haji Abdul Rahman bin Abbas, Yang di-Pertua Negeri Pulau Pinang.

The payment of zakat TH for the state of Penang recorded an increase of 24.9% compared to 2017.

Lembaga Tabung Haji (TH) today paid more than RM1 million in business zakat 2014 to Sabah State’s Religious Council during a ceremony at Istana Negeri, Kota Kinabalu.

TH Deputy Group Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, YBhg Dato’ Johan Abdullah presented the zakat to Yang Di-Pertua Negeri Sabah,TYT Tun Dato’ Seri Panglima Haji Juhar Haji Mahiruddin,

The zakat for Sabah saw an increment of 6.8 percent compared to 2013. Sabah is the third state after Penang for TH zakat distribution this year.
