1. What is Link, Simpan & Menang campaign?

Link, Simpan & Menang campaign is organized by Lembaga Tabung Haji (TH) in collaboration with strategic partner, Malayan Banking Berhad, Maybank2U (collectively known as “Maybank”).
2. What is the purpose of Link, Simpan & Menang? 

The campaign aims to encourage individuals who have an active TH and Maybank2U (M2U) account to link THM2U account, deposit into their TH account and register Hajj via M2U platform.
3. Who can participate in the campaign?

All TH and Maybank depositors over the age 18 with an active account.
4. When does the campaign begins and for how long?

The campaign begins 10th April 2023 and runs until 10th September 2023. 
5.

How can I participate in the campaign?

TH-Maybank depositors will be eligible to participate by performing the following:

  1. Link TH account via M2U
  2. Register Hajj via M2U
  3. Deposit to TH account via M2U or MAE app. (applicable from Maybank Account: Current, Savings and MAE e-wallet)
  4. Retain a minimum of RM3000 accumulative new deposits in TH account throughout campaign period
  5. Withdrawal of funds from TH account will disqualify participation

b) Is there qualification entry to be eligible winner? 

Yes. Eligible depositors need to meet a minimum of six (6) entries to be eligible to win prizes. The higher frequency of deposits, the higher chances to win.

7. Does Link, Simpan & Menang campaign comply with TH’s syariah concept? Yes.

Can the prize be transferred to a family member?

No. All prizes are non-transferable.
9.

Is the Umrah or Travel Local Package be exchangeable for cash?

The Umrah or Travel Local Package shall not be exchangeable for cash, credit or in kind, in part of in full.
10.

How will the winners be selected and how will they be notified?

The winners will be selected by a computerized drawing system operated by Maybank.

Winners will be notified via TH social media, followed by an official letter from TH.
11. Do winners get to choose on the travelling date?

Winners of Umrah or Travel Local Package have the option to change the package date, however limited to the package value worth. 
12. Is there time limit to claim the prize?

Yes. Umrah and Travel Local Package vouchers are to be redeemed within one (1) year from the date of the Travel Certificate/ Voucher issued by Maybank supplier.
