How do I register for THiJARI account on the THiJARI application? Registration cannot be done on the mobile apps. You need to register by visiting www.thijari.com.my.
 
How do I set fingerprint or ‘Face ID’ to login to the THiJARI Application?

You can set fingerprint or ‘Face ID’ in ‘Settings’ menu after logging in to the THiJARI application.

What is the difference between THiJARI web and THiJARI mobile app?

THiJARI application has all the services offered, same as in the THiJARI website, except for ‘Favorite Account’, ‘My Profile’ and ‘Hajj Offer Acceptance’ features. 

The purpose of the THiJARI application is to ease depositors in accessing THiJARI without having to browse the website.

Why can't my mobile phone use fingerprints or 'Face ID' when login?

Fingerprints or 'Face ID' can only be used by latest version of mobile phones that offer that features. 

Kindly check your mobile phone and make sure it has fingerprint or ‘Face ID’ features. If so, please set up the features on your mobile phone as well as the THiJARI app.

What are the minimum requirements for a mobile phone to use the application?
  1. Mobile phones should not be 'jailbreak' or 'rooted'
  2. Internet connection
  3. The Operating System of the mobile device must be iOS 11.0 and higher or Android version 5.0 and higher
  4. 25MB internal memory

Note: We recommend that you constantly update your device's operating system and applications for an optimal experience

How many devices can I bind to the same THiJARI access?

You may only bind one (1) device to THiJARI App. When you try to bind on the second (2nd) device, you will be notified reached maximum device binded.

Note: If you want to add more than one (1) device to bind, you may contact Tabung Haji Contact Center (THCC) at +603 - 6207 1919.

What is the purpose of binding device?

The bind concept is for the bind device to receive push notification only.

What happens if I lose my mobile phone? If your mobile phone is stolen, no one will be able to access the application without your user ID and password. However, for security reasons, do not store personal account information or passwords in your mobile phone. In addition, you should also consider contacting your mobile phone telco customer service to temporarily freeze your phone number.
 
Can I access the THiJARI application while I am abroad? Yes, provided you have access to the Internet on your mobile phone. Please check with your mobile service for roaming charges incurred while abroad.
Is there a charge for downloading the THiJARI app? This application is free to download at the relevant app store, such as Play Store and App Store.
I received an error message saying "Device not compatible" from the Play Store when I tried downloading the application. What should I do?

One of the possible reasons for some phones is because the operating system is older version or insufficient memory (less than 25 MB).

Please ensure that your mobile operating system is iOS 11.0 and above or Android 5.0 and above, and your mobile phone memory is sufficient.

Is the THiJARI app secure?
 

Yes. This THiJARI application are equipped with various security features:-

  • Access to THiJARI is protected by a secure feature, which is the security picture to ensure the application is connected to THiJARI's official website.
  • Only one login session is allowed for each THiJARI access. If there is a second access on another device, the current session will be terminated.
  • Account confidential information will not be stored on mobile phones.

Nevertheless, we are constantly updating and improving the security control of existing technologies.

How can I register for THiJARI?

You may register by logging on to www.thijari.com.my. 

You need to key-in TH account number, IC number (MyKad) and the phone number that has been registered with TH.

What are the terms to register with THiJARI? You must own an active and updated account with TH. Information update can be done at any nearest TH counters. Only adult accounts are allowed to register with THiJARI. 
What needs to be done if I forget user ID/password? You need to change your password by clicking on “Forgot Login Details”.

Are there password and security image verification features?

Yes. You may change their password and security image via Profile Update menu.

What needs to be done when the TAC number is blocked?

You need to contact Tabung Haji Contact Centre (THCC) at +603-6207 1919 for further actions. 

Is there an expiration date for THiJARI accounts?

No.

Can I update my personal information

Yes, you can update your personal particulars via THiJARI web only. 

To update your personal particulars:

  1. Click “My Profile” menu 
  2. Select “Update Particular”
  3. Update your particulars by filling up all the fields (* means mandatory to fill up)
  4. Click ‘Next’ button and request for TAC Number to confirm all your particulars.
  5. Once you enter TAC Number and click ‘Confirm’ button, you have successfully updated your personal particulars
Do I have to visit any TH branch to verify updated information? No, you do not have to visit any TH branch for verification purposes. 

Can I update my mobile phone number through THiJARI web?

No, you have to visit any TH branch to update your mobile phone number. 
I log in my THiJARI and saw an alert message saying that I need to update my profile. Is this mandatory?

Starting Jan 2023, all THiJARI user (new & existing users) will be compulsory to update their profile. This is to ensure all your personal particulars are the latest ones.

What personal information can be updated through THiJARI web?

The information that can be updated are as below: -

  1. Salutation
  2. Email
  3. Permanent Address
  4. Mailing Address
  5. Home & Office Phone Number
  6. Marital Status
  7. Bank and Account Number
  8. Employment particulars
  9. Business Details
  10. Spouse Details
  11. Marketing and Promotional Materials
  12. FATCA and CRS Declaration

Apart from the list of information above, you need to visit any TH branch to update your personal information.

What is “My Access”?

'My Access' is an option given to users to restrict their access at THiJARI Web and THiJARI App.

'My Access' is located next to the 'My Profile' menu at THiJARI. 

What services can be maintained via My Access?

You can choose to enable or disable FUND TRANSFER function at THiJARI.

How to enable and disable the FUND TRANSFER function?

You may disable the FUND TRANSFER function in THiJARI at any time.
To disable the FUND TRANSFER function in THiJARI:
1.    Click “My Access” menu
2.    Click “Disable THiJARI Services” button and toggle the switch ON-OFF

However, to enable the FUND TRANSFER function, kindly contact Tabung Haji Contact Centre (THCC) at +603-6207 1919.

Will the restriction apply to accounts under my custody?

Yes, restriction applies to all TH accounts under primary account’s custody.

I am a disabled depositor (OKU). What should I do if I need help?

You may seek assistance at any nearest Tabung Haji Branches.

What is “My Dashboard’?

“My Dashboard” provides THiJARI users a glance of their Deposit, Withdrawal and Profit Distribution (Agihan Keuntungan)

How can I access "My Dashboard"?

You can access "My Dashboard" by logging into your THiJARI account and click the "My Dashboard" menu located at the top, next to "My Profile"

"My Dashboard" is available in THiJARI Web and App.

What information does "My Dashboard" display?

"My Dashboard" displays summary of your Deposit, Withdrawal and Profit Distribution (Agihan Keuntungan).

Deposit and Withdrawal value covers transactions for the current year, starting from 1 January up to T-1.

For example:- If today’s date is 30 September, then the summary displayed in My Dashboard will cover transactions from 1 January until 29 September of the current year.

For Profit Distribution (Agihan Keuntungan), it will display Profit Distribution for the previous year which is paid in the current year.

It offers a quick snapshot of your TH and Trustee account financial transactions.

Can I select the time range in "My Dashboard"?

No. "My Dashboard" automatically provides summary of deposit and withdrawal transactions for current year only.

Nomination / Hibah Amanah

What is Nomination/ Hibah Amanah? A nomination is a written declaration made by a TH depositor to appoint or nominate any one of his / her heirs in accordance with the Shariah Law as a “Nominee”. The appointed individual will act as an executor or administrator of the depositor’s savings in TH upon the demise of the depositor.

Hibah Amanah TH is the voluntarily gift from TH Depositor’s savings account to the Recipient (s) during his/her lifetime on the basis of love without any coercion and there is an ijab qabul between the Depositor and the Recipient (s).
How do I register Nomination/ Hibah Amanah for my account? You need to visit any TH branch to register Nomination/ Hibah Amanah for own account or trustee account.
How I want to know more about the Nomination and Hibah Amanah, such as term and condition and required documents? You can visit our website https://www.tabunghaji.gov.my/en/savings/services/hibah-amanah-th to find out more about our Hibah Amanah.

Hibah Amanah TH Withdrawal Claim Application Through THiJARI

When Hibah Amanah TH withdrawal claim can be made?

The application can be made after the death of the Depositor (Deceased).

Who can make a claim for the Hibah Amanah TH withdrawal through THiJARI?

Applications can be made by THiJARI’s users through the Web/Mobile platform and the person who is a Hibah Amanah’s Recipient registered in the TH system.

How to make Hibah Amanah TH withdrawal claim through THiJARI?

THiJARI's user have to:

  1. Log in to THiJARI Web/Mobile and click on the menu ‘Penamaan/Pusaka/Hibah Amanah’.

  2. Click on the menu ‘Permohonan Tuntutan Hibah Amanah’ and then click ‘Claim Application’.

  3. Enter the Identity Card No. of the Depositor (Deceased) to search for the details.

  4. The name of the Depositor and details of the Hibah Amanah TH Recipient will be displayed. Enter the Depositor’s (Deceased) death details, Hibah Amanah TH recipient’s email and click ‘Next’.

  5. Read the ‘Terms and Conditions’ and click ‘Agree’ button as confirmation. By clicking ‘Agree’, user is hereby deemed to agree to the terms and conditions.

  6. Upload the supporting document needed according to the TH Terms & Conditions and click ‘Submit’. Each uploaded file needs to be submitted separately. Click ‘Next’.

  7. Check the details that have been filled in and click Hibah Amanah Claim Disclaimer box as acknowledgement.  Click ‘Next’  if all the details are complete.

  8. Click ‘Yes’ as confirmation that the Hibah Amanah Disclaimer has been read and understood.

  9. User will be directed to information details and click ‘Download’ to print the receipt if necessary.

  10. User will receive a notification regarding the application of Hibah Amanah TH withdrawal claim via registered email.
How to key in the details for the Depositor’s (Deceased) Death Certificate No./Death Registration No. in THiJARI?

The following is the procedure to key in the details for the Depositor’s (Deceased) Death Certificate No./Death Registration No. based on latest format from National Registration Department of Malaysia (JPN) for Hibah Amanah TH claim application:

  1. Death Certificate No.

    Example:No.Sijil Kematian
    Kindly enter the details as follows:  MT00588019 (maximum 10 characters)

  2. Report of Death Abroad (issued by the National Registration Department of Malaysia)

    Example:Laporan Kematian Luar Negara (yang dikeluarkan oleh JPN) bagi kes kematian Luar Negara
    Kindly enter the details as follows:  2001JBBJPN (maximum 10 characters)

What if the TH account status of the Depositor(Deceased) has an Inactive/Bankruptcy/Hajj Registration and others?

For Depositor (Deceased) who have an Inactive/Bankruptcy/Hajj Registration status and others, the claim cannot be made through THiJARI and must be made at any TH branches.

What if the TH account status of the Hibah Amanah’s Recipient has an Inactive/Bankruptcy status?

For the Hibah Amanah's Recipient who have an Inactive Account(Dormant) or Bankruptcy status, the claim cannot be made through THiJARI and must be made at any TH branches.

Can the withdrawal claim application for Hibah Amanah TH by Hybrid/Combination (Hibah Amanah & Nomination) be made through THiJARI?

No. The withdrawal claim application for Hibah Amanah TH by Hybrid/Combination (Hibah Amanah & Nomination) must be made at any TH branches.

Can the legal guardian of the Hibah Amanah’s Recipient (below 18 years old/incompetent/OKU (mentally unstable)) make an application of Hibah Amanah TH withdrawal claim through THiJARI?

No. The withdrawal claim application from the legal guardian of the Hibah Amanah’s Recipient (below 18 years old/incompetent/OKU (mentally unstable)) must be made at any TH branches.

What if the Recipient of Hibah Amanah TH passed away before the Depositor? 

In the event that a Recipient of Hibah Amanah TH passes away prior to the Depositor, the heirs of the Hibah Amanah TH Recipient are allowed to make a claim at any TH branches.

What are the documents that are required to be upload for the Hibah Amanah TH withdrawal claim through THiJARI?

Applicants are required to upload following documents when applying for Hibah Amanah TH withdrawal claim:

  1. Original copy/copy of Applicant’s Identification Document;

  2. Original copy/copy of Depositor’s Death Certificate/Report of Death Abroad (issued by the National Registration Department of Malaysia);

  3. Other supporting documents (will be contacted by TH if required).

Note 1:
Please make sure the uploaded document is clear and legible.

Note 2:
Only PDF, PNG, JPG and JPEG file formats are accepted. 
Each file size not exceeding 15MB. 

Should supporting documents be certified true copy (CTC) prior to submission?

No. However, please ensure that the documents submitted are true and accurate. TH reserves the right to cancel the application if the information is incorrect and TH reserves the right to retrieve any payment that has been made in the case where the information is discovered to be inaccurate.

What is the status of TH Profit Distribution when the Depositor’s account is closed?

  1. The account will not be eligible for the Profit Distribution if it is closed prior to the crediting date of the TH Profit Distribution.

  2. The account is eligible for the Profit Distribution if it is closed after the crediting date of the TH Profit Distribution.

What is the claim fee charged for the Hibah Amanah TH withdrawal claim application?
  1. The fee for the claim is at the rate of one percent (1%) of the Depositor’s (Deceased) fund balance or a maximum of RM10,000.00; and

  2. Account Closure Fee RM5.00 will be deducted from TH savings accounts of the Depositors (Deceased).

How long does is takes for the payment to be credited to applicant after claim submission?

The payment shall be process within 30 working days after TH has received all completed documents.

What are the terms of payment for Hibah Amanah TH withdrawal claim via THiJARI?

The payment of the Hibah Amanah TH withdrawal claim via THiJARI will be credited to the Hibah Amanah TH Recipient’s TH account.

How will the applicant be notified if the Hibah Amanah TH withdrawal claim has been approved?

TH will issue a Payment Notice to the applicant via registered email upon approval of the application.

Who can apply for the Pusaka withdrawal through THiJARI?

Applications must be made by THiJARI’s user through the Web/Mobile platform and they must be the First Nominee registered in the TH system among the eligible heirs according to Shariah Law.

The term "heirs entitled in accordance with Shariah law" refers to which individuals?

The list of heirs according to the Shariah Law is as follows:

Male Heirs:

  1. Male children.
  2. Male grandchildren (offspring of a male child) and below.
  3. Father.
  4. Paternal grandfather and above.
  5. Male siblings from the same parents.
  6. Male siblings from the same father.
  7. Male siblings from the same mother.
  8. Nephews (male offspring of siblings from the same parents).
  9. Nephews (male offspring of siblings from the same father) and below.
  10. Uncles (brothers of any parents from the same grandparents).
  11. Uncles (brothers of any parents from the same grandfather).
  12. Children of an uncle (brother of any parents from the same grandparents).
  13. Children of an uncle (brother of any parents from the same grandfather).
  14. Husband.

Female Heirs:

  1. Female children.
  2. Female grandchildren (offspring of a male child).
  3. Mother.
  4. Maternal grandmother.
  5. Paternal grandmother.
  6. Female siblings from the same parents.
  7. Female siblings from the same father.
  8. Female siblings from the same mother.
  9. Wife.

What if the nominee is not among the rightful heirs according to Shariah Law?

If the nominee is not among the rightful heirs according to Shariah Law, the nomination will be revoked and application will be rejected. Applicant is advised to refer at any TH branches or contact THCC for further information.

How to apply for Pusaka withdrawal through THiJARI?.

THiJARI’s user have to :

  1. Log in to THiJARI Web/Mobile and click on the menu ‘Penamaan/Pusaka/Hibah Amanah’.

  2. Click on the menu ‘Permohonan Tuntutan Pusaka’ and then click ‘Claim Application’.

  3. Enter the Identity Card No. of the Depositor (Deceased) to search for the details.

  5. Read the ‘Terms and Conditions’ and click ‘Agree’ button as confirmation. By clicking ‘Agree’, user is hereby deemed to agree to the terms and conditions.

The nominee acts as a Trustee/Administrator who has an obligation to distribute remaining balance of Depositor’s (Deceased) account to the rightful heirs in accordance with Shariah Law.

What if the TH account status of the Depositor(Deceased) has an Inactive/Bankruptcy/Hajj Registration and others?

For Depositor (Deceased) who have an Inactive/Bankruptcy/Hajj Registration status and others, the claim cannot be made through THiJARI and must be made at any TH branches.

What if the TH account status of the applicant has an Inactive/Bankruptcy status?

For applicants who have an Inactive Account (Dormant) or Bankruptcy status, the claim cannot be made through THiJARI and must be made at any TH branches.

Can the nominee below 18 years old make Pusaka application withdrawal through THiJARI?

No. The withdrawal claim application for the first nominee below 18 years old must be made at any TH branches. The Legal Guardian and nominee below 18 years old must complete the JP005/JP006 application form. Both application form need to be signed and thumbprinted by legal guardian of the nominee.

What are the documents that are required to be upload for the Pusaka withdrawal through THiJARI?

Applicants are required to upload following documents when applying for Pusaka withdrawal:
  1. Original copy/copy of Applicant’s Identification Document

  2. Original copy/copy of Depositor’s Death Certificate/Report of Death Abroad (issued by (issued by the National Registration Department of Malaysia); and

  3. Original copy of Applicant’s birth certificate, Depositor’s birth certificate and Depositor’s heirs (for each stage to prove affinity with the deceased); or

Should supporting documents be certified true copy (CTC) prior to submission?

No. However, please ensure that the documents submitted are true and accurate. TH reserves the right to cancel the application if the information is incorrect and TH reserves the right to retrieve any payment that has been made in the case where the information is discovered to be inaccurate.

What is the status of TH Profit Distribution when the Depositor’s account is closed?

  1. The account will not be eligible for the Profit Distribution if it is closed prior to the crediting date of the TH Profit Distribution.

  2. The account is eligible for the Profit Distribution if it is closed after the crediting date of the TH Profit Distribution.

Is there any fee charged for the Pusaka withdrawal application?

Yes. Account Closure (via Pusaka withdrawal application) fee of RM5.00 or whichever lower based on current balance will be deducted from TH savings accounts of the Depositors

The payment shall be process within 14 working days after TH has received all completed documents.

Monthly Salary Distribution

What is “Monthly Salary Distribution”?

“Monthly Salary Distribution” is a service to distribute the salary deduction to depositor / family member (Active TH account). 

To make a Monthly Salary Distribution through THiJARI:

  1. Click the ‘Distribution of Salary Deduction’ menu
  2. Enter the amount of “Salary Deduction Amount”, “Staff ID” (if needed) and “Employer’s Email”.
  3. Click the 'Add Applicant' button and the Depositor's information is displayed. Enter the salary deduction amount.
  4. If you want to add a family member, click the 'Add Another Applicant' button and fill in MyKad No., TH Account No. and Amount.
  5. Click 'Next' button if all the information has been filled in and checked.
  6. Tick the 'Note' displayed indicating that you are aware and responsible to inform your employer about your salary deduction.
  7. Request TAC and enter the TAC No. Click the 'Submit' button.
  8. The submission of your Salary Deduction is successful, and you MUST download the receipt to give to your employer.

Is there a limit amount to do monthly salary distribution?

The minimum salary deduction amount is RM1.00 and the are no maximum limit amount.

How many depositor/family members can I register for the distribution?

There is no limit to register applicant for the distribution and at least one (1) depositor/ family member registered.

How can I stop/terminate salary deduction transaction?

To stop/terminate of salary deduction transaction, you may refer and inform your employer and download the receipt after making changes on your salary distribution to update your records. 
I have changed the salary deduction amount. Do I need to inform my employer? Yes. You do need to inform your employer to update the salary deduction amount accordance with the changes and download the receipt after making changes on your salary deduction amount as a proof to inform your employer. 
How do I stop monthly salary distribution to registered depositor/ family members? You may stop distribution to depositor/ family members by clicking ‘Delete’ button under the applicant profile and download the receipt if there is any changes on the salary deduction amount as a proof to inform your employer.
Is this distribution carried out in the same registered month?

No. Distribution will be done in the following month.

Will I be charged for this service? No.

Can I amend or edit my monthly salary distribution?

  • Transfers to Personal TH Account (to TH accounts under one’s custody) – RM15,000.00 daily.

Are the guardians allowed to make fund transfers on behalf of the ones under their custody? Yes. Details of TH accounts under one’s custody will automatically appear once the guardian has successfully registered with THiJARI.

Is there Favourite Accounts feature?

Yes. You may add Favourite Accounts for a third party.

Can I make a Repeat Transfer through THiJARI? Yes. You can make a repeat transfer when making a transfer between TH accounts in Transfer – TH to TH menu.

Repeat transfer frequency can be implemented every week,every 2 weeks and every month.
How do I stop Repeat Transfers?

You can stop the repeat transfer transaction by following steps below:

  1. Select menu “Account Overview” and select TH Account i.e. Primary Account or Trustee Account
  2. Select “Transaction History” and select "Upcoming THiJARI" for Transaction Type
  3. Click "Search Transactions" button
  4. Select the repeat transfer transaction that you want to stop and click the button "Stop this payment" or "Stop all future payment"

Can I obtain TH account statements via THiJARI?

You can view / download your statements by monthly or duration of six (6) months for previous and current year via THiJARI by following the steps below:

  1. Select menu “Account Overview”.
  2. Select the account to view its account statement i.e. Primary Account or Trustee Account.
  3. You may select “Transaction History” to view all transaction for a period up to 90 days or,
  4. Select “Account Statement” to view / download by selecting:
    a. “Year” = previous and current year
    b. “Month Range” = 6 Months or Monthly 
    c. “Month”

What is Direct Debit through THiJARI?

It is convenient and efficient way to transfer funds to TH account directly from depositors banking account on a recurring basis (monthly).

Allow THiJARI users to make monthly recurring deposit to their TH account or any 3rd party TH account from their banking account.

How do I perform deposit transaction using Direct Debit through THiJARI?

THiJARI users MUST:

  1. Log into THIJARI Web/App, select Transfer Menu,
  2. Click “Direct Debit Registration-Bank Account to TH Account”,
  3. Select TH account to deposit monthly (Own, Preferred account or 3rd party TH account),
  4. THiJARI user’s Name, IC Number & Mobile phone are automatically populated,
  5. Fill in email address for notification (optional)
  6. Fill in Direct Debit amount (RM),
  7. Select debiting preferred Bank Internet Banking to perform the Direct Debit registration,
  8. Click Terms & Condition checkbox as agreed and confirm,
  9. You will be directed to log into your Bank Internet banking to complete the transaction.

Is there a limit for Direct Debit transaction?

Yes, the minimum transfer amount is RM5.00 and the maximum limit is RM30,000.00 per transaction.

Will I be charged for this service?

No service charge imposed to you as it is absorbed by TH. However, users will be charged RM1.00 which is debited from users’ bank account to ensure that the selected debiting bank account is an active account. However, the charged fee will be refunded by TH. 

Do I have to register?

Yes, registration is required for Direct Debit transaction through THiJARI. You MUST also have a registered Bank Internet Banking or Mobile Banking access to complete the transaction.

How long does it take for my deposit transaction to reflect into the intended TH account?

It is a monthly recurring deposit transaction. Hence, the deposit transaction will be posted to the intended TH account upon successful debiting from users’ banking account and successful crediting to the registered TH account.

Any cut-off date for the registered Direct Debit?

Yes, a successful registered Direct Debit transaction has a cut-off registration date i.e. 20th day of every month. Thus, any successful Direct Debit registration performed beyond 20th of calendar date, the direct debit instruction will be executed in the next following month. As for example;  

  1. Successfully registered on the 18th March 2021, direct debit transaction will be included for March Direct Debit Billing transaction.
  2. Successfully registered on the 21st March 2021, direct debit transaction will be included for following month billing transaction i.e. April Direct Debit Billing transaction

Will the Direct Debit transaction execute on the same date of every month?

Yes, it will be executed on the 25th of every month. Unless the 25th of the month fall on the weekend or public holiday (refer to Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur calendar date) then the direct debit transaction will be executed earlier than the 25th.

Can I register direct debit transaction for other TH Account?

Yes. You can register the recurring direct debit transaction for Own TH Account or any active 3rd Party TH Account. 

Can I make any changes or terminate my registered Direct Debit transaction?


 

Yes, only AMOUNT can be changed. (Refer to the transaction limit above).

Yes, user may terminate their registered Direct Debit any time via THIJARI.

However, for any of the above successful maintenance or termination transaction, RM1.00 will be deducted from user’s banking account. The service charge of RM1.00 will be refunded by TH to user’s bank account.

What are the IMPORTANT notes for me?


 
  1. THiJARI users can register for Direct Debit transaction for own account, preferred registered account or any ACTIVE 3rd party TH account.
  2. It is a MONTHLY recurring deposit to the intended active TH account from bank account.
  3. Any registration, maintenance or termination of the Direct Debit transaction, a RM1.00 fee will be deducted from user’s bank account, but the fee will be refunded to user’s bank account since NO service fee imposed by TH. Thus, the transaction is free.
  4. User should ensure that their banking account is ACTIVE and has enough fund every month for the direct debit transaction to take place successfully.
  5. User should also observe that the intended TH account is remained ACTIVE to enable the fund crediting each month.
  6. User MUST has Internet Banking account to complete the transaction.

Allow THiJARI user to transfer fund from Bank account to TH account via FPX.

FPX is an internet-based secured payment gateway that allow real-time fund transfer to TH account from user’s preferred internet banking account. FPX is operated by Payments Network Malaysia Sdn Bhd (PayNet).

How do I perform deposit transaction from Bank Account to TH Account via FPX platform through THiJARI?

THiJARI user MUST:

  1. Log into THIJARI Web/App and go to Transfer Menu,
  2. Select “Transfer-Bank Account to TH Account”,
  3. Select TH account for the online transfer i.e. Own, Preferred account or active 3rd party TH account,
  4. Fill in Recipient Reference (mandatory),
  5. Fill in email address for notification (optional),
  6. Fill in the transfer amount (RM),
  7. Select debiting preferred Bank Internet Banking to perform the transfer,

Is the transaction secure?

The platform uses high standards of authentication and certification to ensure all transactions are secured which is similar to banks in Malaysia.

While performing the transaction, I received an error/unsuccessful message. However, the amount has been deducted from my bank account. What shall I do?

In the event the fund at your bank account is deducted but the transaction was unsuccessful, your money will be credited back into your bank account by your Bank. You can contact your Bank to obtain the reversal status by providing the FPX Transaction ID or Merchant Order No. as a reference.

The guidelines set out the utilization of TKJHM which among others, for the protection, monitoring and welfare of pilgrims as well as general community service.
What is Tabung Was'ul Khair Tetamu Allah (“TWT”)? TWT set up in 1999 by TH is a fund categorized as Fund to be administered and controlled by TH subject to the provision of Section 15(2) of Tabung Haji Act 1995 where the objective of the establishment is to partially fund the cost of performing hajj for pilgrims who have been selected to perform hajj in a particular hajj season and  meet certain predetermined conditions that qualify them to receive the subsistence. 
Are my Sadaqah transaction to TKJHM and TWT tax deductible? No. Sadaqah to TKJHM and TWT are not tax deductible.
Is there any minimum/maximum amount for my Sadaqah transaction? There is no minimum and maximum amount for each Sadaqah transaction.
Can I make a standing instruction for my Sadaqah transaction? No, it is applicable for single transaction only. However, there is no transaction limit.

I am a non-Malaysian citizen but a red identification card holder. Can I register for Hajj?

No. Red identification card holders or non-Malaysian citizens cannot register for Hajj or open a savings account with TH.

How much is required to register for hajj?

The required amount to register for hajj is RM1,300.00.

If I have registered for Hajj, will I be able to know when my turn is up?

Yes. Your turn to go for Hajj will be based on the year that is allocated for you during the hajj registration.

Can I register for Hajj on behalf of a third party?

No. Hajj registration is for yourself and the child under the trustee's account only. If the guardian have registered for Hajj, Hajj registration for child under the trustee's account can also be done in THiJARI.

What is the maximum pax for a group Hajj registration?

Maximum pax allowed for group Hajj registration is six (6) pax only including guardians. 
I lost my hajj registration slip. Can I do verifications and reprint my hajj registration slip? Yes. Verification and reprinting the registration slip can be done through THiJARI.
Can I check my Hajj registration status using THiJARI? Yes. You may check your Hajj registration status via THiJARI.

How can I check whether I have been chosen to perform Hajj?

Pilgrims who have been chosen to perform Hajj, they will be notified through:-

How I can use e-Forms?

Depositors can use e-Forms by completing the JP forms at THiJARI. These forms need to be downloaded and printed by the depositor in A4 size paper either in black and white or in colour and then brought to TH branches.

These e-Forms also need to be signed in writing after being printed by the depositor/beneficiary/applicant/representative/third party/guardian. Digital/electronic signatures are not permitted.

Can e-Forms be amended after printing? All information filled up in e-Forms must be accurate. However, if there are any information filled up is inaccurate, the depositor needs to fill in a new JP Form again.
How can I excess to these e-Forms? Depositors can access e-Forms via THiJARI landing page (www.thijari.com.my).
Will I be charged? No charge. 
Do I need to register to use the e-Form? Registration is not required.

Note: This e-Telegraphic transfer application transaction will be sent to the Bank for further processing. The process of crediting to the depositor's own Bank Account is within 3 working days (TH Head Office) excluding the day of application.

Will I be charged?

The Service Charge that will be debited from depositor's TH account is as below:

  • TH Transfer to Bank Islam Account: No charge
  • TH Transfer to a Bank Account other than Bank Islam: RM2.00.
How long does it take for the e-Telegraphic transfer application through THiJARI to credit into my own bank account?

e-Telegraphic Transfers are only allowed to the Depositor's Bank Account (THiJARI Users who perform this transaction) and the crediting period to the depositor's own bank account is within 3 working days (TH Head Office) excluding the day of application.

For example:-
If e-Telegraphic transfer application is made on Friday, then the money will be credited to the depositor's own bank account not later than Wednesday. ‘T’ refers Friday (T+3).

Can I make a transaction to a third-party bank account or a joint bank account? No. Only to the user’s own bank account.
Can I make transactions to my overseas bank account? No. Transfers allowed to user’s own bank account in Malaysia only.

Is there a limit to transfer from TH account to bank account via THiJARI?

Yes, the minimum transfer amount is RM5.00 while the maximum is RM10,000.00 per day.

Is the transaction secure?

The platform uses high standards of authentication and certification to ensure all transactions are secured which is similar to banks in Malaysia.
While performing the transaction, I received an error message saying the status is “Unsuccessful”. However, the amount has been deducted from my TH account. What shall I do?

If your funds are deducted from your TH account but the e-Telegraphic transfer application is unsuccessful, your funds will be credited back into your TH account.

How will the depositor be notified if the e-Telegraphic Transfer Application Status is “Unsuccessful”? If the transaction is unsuccessful (rejected by the bank), TH will inform the depositor of the status “Unsuccessful” e-Telegraphic transfer application via email address registered.

Conversion Of Child Account To Adult Account Status

What is a Child Account? 

A Child Account is a TH Account that is opened for depositors aged 18 years and below and is fully managed by parents/guardians.

Parents/guardians are advised to change the status of the Child Account to the Adult Account when the child under their care has reached the age of 18 years and above.

What is the application process to convert a child account to an adult account?

Parents/Guardians can submit their conversion request in the THiJARI with the following steps:

1.    Click menu “Trustee Account”
2.    Click “Guardian Consent (Child Account over 18 Years of Age)
3.    Select “TH Account No.” of Child Account and click “Find” button
4.    Check child’s particulars and click “Guardian Acknowledgement”. Click “Agree” button.
5.    Click “Yes” as confirmation that the Guardian Acknowledgement has been read and understood.

Parent/guardian shall inform their children under their care to be present at any TH Branch office for further processing by bringing them along:

1.    Child’s MyKad
2.    The guardian Consent Receipt (obtained from THiJARI)

Do parent/guardian need to provide a consent receipt to the child under their care?

Yes. This is to facilitate and expedite the account conversion process at the TH Branch office. 

If the child under guardianship does not bring the Consent Receipt to the TH Branch office, the process of converting a child's account to an adult account can still proceed by informing the TH officer that the guardian's consent has been obtained through THiJARI.

Who has the right to give consent for the conversion to an adult account?

Only the parent/guardian who registers the child's TH account under his or her care has the right to give such consent.

Who is responsible for the TH Account after the conversion of the status of the child account to the adult account is successful?

The child will have full access and full responsibility for the TH account.

Can a successful adult account status change be undone if a parent/guardian changes their mind?

Successful conversion of adult account status is final and irrevocable.

Is there any charge needed to convert a child account to an adult account?

No charge imposed.

What should I do if there is a problem during submitting the consent through THiJARI?
