Appointment
TH always strives to provide the best services for its depositors. The appointment setting facility is provided to allow depositors to choose the preferred date and time according to their availability without having to spend time waiting in line.
This facility will enable TH to manage the depositors’ attendance periodically and to avoid overcrowding and discomfort of the depositors when visiting TH branch offices.
Appointments can be set for depositors who wish to deal at TH counters for these following services:
- Inheritance Claims
- Hibah Amanah Application
- Update Personal Information
- TH Account Opening
Depositors may immediately visit the nearest TH branch to carry out other services. Depositors are also encouraged to use the uniteller facilities by Bank Islam and Bank Rakyat as well as TH's online services via THiJARI and TH's Strategic Partners namely Bank Islam, Bank Rakyat, Maybank Islamic, CIMB Islamic and AmBank.
Before entering TH’s premises, please ensure to wear a face mask. Depositors are required to be present according to the confirmed time. Failure to attend at the given time may result in the cancellation of your appointment and a new appointment must be made. TH will not be responsible for any delays in the arrival of the depositors. Please present the slip or screenshot of the Appointment to the TH officer.
