Hajj Management
TH Hajj management is a on-going process carried throughout the year to ensure smooth and efficient hajj operations. This comprehensive management by TH begins from the moment the prospective hajj pilgrims make their first savings, until they return to the homeland after completed their hajj in the Holy Land.
The entire hajj management process consists of 20 activities including services provided in Malaysia and in the Holy Land.

Flight Schedules
TH will send the offer letter and flight schedules (SJP) to all prospective Muassasah pilgrims, whilst pilgrims using travel package will receive the SJP from their respective agencies or organisers.
SJP reviews and prints can be made online or find out at the THiJARI website (https://www.thijari.com.my)
Passport
All pilgrims must possess the Malaysian International Passport issued by the Immigration Department of Malaysia. TH branch offices will contact pilgrims for passport submission and relevant supporting documents.
Health Examination
Muassasah pilgrims must undergo and pass the basic health examinations such as blood pressure check, blood type and urine tests to determine their health status. The health examinations are important for early detection and treatment before they depart for the Holy Land.
Applicants must also get the following injections/ vaccinations:
- Meningococcal Quadrivalent ACYW-135 vaccine
- Any additional vaccinations imposed by the Embassy of Saudi Arabia
The health examinations and vaccinations must be done by authorised medical officers who will certify and endorse all details of the medical examinations and vaccinations given. The official medical officer’s name, designation, and department should also be stamped on the International Health Book / Card.

Cancellation / Postponement of Hajj
Prospective Hajj who received an offer to perform Hajj but intend to postpone, i.e. cancel their Hajj trip may submit their application to the nearest TH office, but cancellation/postponement charges will be charged according to a certain rate.
However, for those who have requested for a delay, the opportunity to perform Hajj the following year is subject to availability and there is no guarantee that the prospect will be reoffered again to perform Hajj.
The rate of fines imposed on the prospects who either cancel or postpone their Hajj departure are according to the following categories :
- Category I
A cancellation fine of 5% of the Hajj payment amount will be debited from the depositor's TH account in case of canceling the Hajj after the Hajj payment has been debited.
- Category II
A cancellation penalty of 20% of the Hajj payment amount will be debited from the depositor's TH account in case of canceling the Hajj after the Hajj flight schedule has been issued.
- Category III
A cancellation penalty of 40% of the Hajj payment amount will be debited from the depositor's TH account in case of canceling the Hajj departure after the Hajj flight schedule has been issued and the Hajj visa has been allocated.
