Heir to the sixth pilgrim who died in the Holy Land, the late 64-year-old Abdul Razak bin Yahaya received a pilgrimage visit from Kedah TH Director, Tuan Haji Nawawi Ishak in Sungai Ular, Kulim today. The pilgrimage was held at the family home at 12.00 noon.
During the pilgrimage, funeral expenses fund RM 1,500.00 and the water was donated by Tuan Haji Nawawi to the late heir, Mohd Faiz Abdul Razak. Also held was a short tahlil reading ceremony led by Ustaz Shukriy Hashim, PE. The pilgrimage ends at 1:00 pm.
TH Perak visited the family of deceased pilgrim from KT54, Allahyarham Haji Mat Sidik bin Disa, who passed away in the Holy Land at their home in Kampong Sungai Petai, Bukit Gantang, Taiping, Perak.
During the visit, TH Perak Director, Tuan Haji Rozimin bin Ahamed Kamil conveyed his condolences and handed over the funeral expenses donation of RM 1,500.00 and zamzam water as tokens to a family member of the deceased, Ms Noramalina bint Mat Sidik. The event concluded with a brief tahlil and a ice-breaking session with the family.
SEPANG, June 27, 2019 - Malaysia Airports Holding Berhad (MAHB) in collaboration with Lembaga Tabung Haji (TH) today organized a Fire Emergency Exercise at the Satellite Building, Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) in order to ensure the safety of the pilgrims in the event of fire during the Hajj Season 1440H / 2019M. This exercise was held as a preparatory step and to test the effectiveness of the airport in handling emergencies and incidents.
KUALA LUMPUR, 15 June 2020 - TH today organized a special briefing session with representatives of the Pengelola Jemaah Haji (PJH) to specifically discuss the issues faced due the postponement of the pilgrimage this year.
YBhg. Dato’ Sri Syed Saleh Syed Abd Rahman, the Executive Director of TH were present and delivered a briefing, advising the PJHs to openly accept the decision taken by the Government despite the disruptions on their businesses. He also answered some of the questions raised during the Q&A session.

KUALA LUMPUR, FEBRUARY 22, 2022 - Lembaga Tabung Haji (TH) hands over the Pilgrimage Organizer (Pengelola Jemaah Haji - PJH) licenses to 22 local tourism companies including its subsidiary, Tabung Haji Travel & Services Sdn Bhd (THTS) to operate as the Hajj Organizer (PJH) for the 1443H/2022M Hajj Season.
According to TH's Executive Director of Hajj, Dato' Sri Syed Saleh Syed Abdul Rahman, the appointment of 22 PJHs is one of TH’s early preparations for Hajj pilgrimage every year.
SEPANG, JUNE 4, 2022 : Lembaga Tabung Haji today, a total of 295 Malaysian pilgrims for the 1443H/2022M Season have departed for the Holy Land. The first flight has departed at 1.35 pm from Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA), Sepang via Saudi Airlines and is expected to arrive at Prince Mohammed Bin Abdulaziz International Airport, Madinah at 4:55 pm Saudi time.
SEPANG, JULY 18, 2022 - The first group consisting of 298 Malaysian pilgrims has safely arrived at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) at 9.05 am today via Saudi Airlines Flight SV 5612 which departed from Jeddah at 7.10 pm (Arab Saudi time) on 17 July 2022.
A total of 49 Malaysia Airlines (MH) and Saudi Airlines (SV) flights are prepared to bring a total of 14,305 pilgrims back to Malaysia beginning 17 July until 13 August 2022.
