The Yang Di-Pertuan Agong DYMM Sultan Muhammad V attended with the orphans/asnaf tahfiz organised by TH at Istana Negara, Jalan Tuanku Abdul Halim.

The zakat amounting to RM90,000 (RM150 per person) was presented to 600 children aged 10-17 years from around the Klang Valley. This inaugural event at Istana Negara initiated based on the concern raised by KDYMM SPB Yang Di-Pertuan Agong on the welfare of the orphans/asnaf tahfiz.

Also present were TH Board of Directors, TH Deputy Chief Executive Officer, PERKAYATIM Committee Members, TH Senior Management Team and staff.
